How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot.  For urgent or same-day or next day requests, please contact us directly to check availability.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

our standard cleaning includes dusting, sanitizing surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and making beds with fresh linens (if provided).  For a detailed list please contact us.

Do you offer additional services like laundry or restocking?

Yes!  We offer add-on services such as laundry (washing and folding linens/towels) and restocking essentials like coffee. tea, toiletries, and snacks.  Please mention these options when booking.

What happens if my property requires extra cleaning?

If your property requires extra cleaning (e.g. excessive mess or deep cleaning needs), we'll document the condition with photos and notify you before proceeding.  Additional charges may apply for extensive cleaning beyond our standard services.
